The over-all comfort of the room

The room was well-maintained and well-appointed with 2 beds and my experience was really really nice. The service was friendly with a fast check-in. Stayed for 1 day and didn't want to say goodbye, I would happily go back again.

The staff was friendly and helpful making sure we were comfortable and asked if we needed anything.

Need a security camera because of 2 vehicle breakin.

I found the staff helpful . They assisted me with laundry needs. I enjoyed the comfort of the room, especially the space for my family. On our visit, we took time to explore the local area and it added to our experience.

Our family enjoyed a fun movie night at the United Artists Cinema nearby, just a short distance from our cozy room. The kids loved the spacious setup with two queen beds, and having a gym access at Zach's Club 54 was a big plus for us parents too!

My children wanted more kid-friendly breakfast options.

The decor in the lobby had a lovely warmth, cute everyone like an old friend. The accessibility features were particularly helpful. I noticed gentle ramps and wide hallways.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

Had a blast with my friends ! We hit up the nearby United Artist Cinema to catch the latest blockbuster and also enjoyed free access to Zach's Club 54. The location was perfect for us.

The only downside was the manager's mishap with charging extra for water. It seemed like a small issue but definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.
